hello. the sketchr is me, michelle gauthier! i am a seasoned designer and illustrator specializing in consumer goods marketing and visual communications. and anything print!
the back story? i started out in fashion school, studying design and illustration, and began to expand creatively into other areas. working at a levi-strauss garment facility was informative, and i decided to attend another type of art school, to major in advertising (and by contrast, book illustration). after graduating, i was very lucky to be apprenticed in-studio by some extremely talented design leaders, who gave me so much inspiration and guidance in those early days. now, with many years of experience under my belt, i've been an illustrator, graphic designer, art director, creative director and conceptualizer, sometimes all at once! designing is a big part of my world; i love to draw, i live to create, and fashion is still a passion.
